Ryan Bis, CPA

Mr. Bis has 20 years of experience working in finance and accounting roles at life sciences companies of every stage of development, with expertise in scaling finance organizations from start-up to commercialization. He most recently served as Vice President, Corporate Controller of Mural Oncology, where he built the accounting function ahead of its spin-out from its former parent company and led the function when Mural became an independently listed public company. Prior to Mural, he held various controllership and finance positions at NodThera Limited, Oncopeptides US, Tango Therapeutics, Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, AVEO Oncology, Minerva Neurosciences, and Shire Human Genetic Therapies. He began his career in the life sciences audit practice at PwC Boston. Mr. Bis is currently a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Psychology from Boston University.
