Richard Campbell

VP, Clinical Operations

Mr. Campbell has spent more than 20 years building and leading teams across the biopharmaceutical industry, most recently in leadership of Clinical Operations organizations at multiple oncology biotech companies. He served as Vice President, Head of Clinical Operations at both Zentalis Pharmaceuticals and, earlier, at Mural Oncology, driving clinical trial execution and advancing the oncology portfolio at each organization. Prior to focusing on biotech, Rich led the Global Clinical Trial Planning & Alliance Management business teams at BMS, and he began his career at Novo Nordisk in roles spanning Medical Information, Information Strategy, and Clinical Trial Business Management. Along the way, he spent five years partnering with 20+ pharmaceutical companies on cross-industry R&D innovation projects as a member of TransCelerate Biopharma's Oversight Committee. Rich holds a Master's degree in Medical Business Strategy from the Copenhagen Business School/Scandinavian International Management Institute.
