RA Capital Management

Emily Minkow is a Managing Director with the Venture team at RA Capital Management, where she works on company creation and early-stage investments. Emily was previously a Venture Partner at Raven, RA Capital’s incubator, where she focused on creating and leading new biotech companies, including serving as Interim CEO of Stylus Medicine and as Consulting Chief Business Officer of Aliada Therapeutics through its acquisition by AbbVie. Prior to RA, Emily was Chief Business Officer of Prevail Therapeutics, a neurodegeneration-focused gene therapy company, from the company’s inception through its acquisition by Eli Lilly. Previously, Emily spent much of her career at Celgene Corporation in positions of increasing responsibility in business development and global marketing. Emily started her career in strategy consulting at Frankel Group. Emily holds a BA from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
